| Why YTL Starhill Global |
Starhill Global REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust investing primarily in real estate used for retail and office purposes, both in Singapore and overseas. Since its listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 20 September 2005, Starhill Global REIT has grown its initial portfolio from interests in two landmark properties on Orchard Road in Singapore to 13 properties in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan and China, valued at about S$2.6 billion.

| Positions |
Assistant Vice President, Retail Leasing |
You will assist the Vice President in leasing Starhill Global REIT’s properties in Singapore. You are responsible for achieving optimal retail mix of Starhill Global REIT’s malls, given their respective positioning, and ensuring optimal occupancy and rental yield targets for these properties. Your job will also entail submission of leasing performance reports as well as periodic rental and occupancy reviews. You will be involved in strategic planning to enhance the value of the properties. You should possess strong relationships with international brands, retailers, tenants and business partners. Key to this role is the ability to leverage off these relationships for Starhill Global REIT.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Estate Management from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in real estate with a strong background in retail leasing
• Thorough understanding of shopping centre management and international retail brands
• Strong business acumen, creativity, flexibility and an “out of the box” perspective
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills |

Assistant Vice President, Marketing |
You will assist the Vice President (VP) in conceptualizing, formulating and implementing strategic marketing plans, advertising and promotional initiatives/programs to effectively position the retail malls to drive shopper traffic and spending. You will support the VP in providing leadership to the marketing team to continuously innovate and evolve the mall’s facilities, service standards and tenant mix to deliver a total shopping experience. You will introduce, build and proactively pursue exciting, unique and fresh concepts in aligning mall positioning and branding. In addition, you will solicit sponsorship and strategic promotion partners. You will also be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Concierge team, in developing strategic concierge plans and programs.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in an advertising and promotions or related fields in a retail environment
• Strong leadership qualities and good media contact
• Sound understanding of the retail market
• Creative, resourceful and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Associate / Assistant Vice President, Investment |
You will assist the Vice President in sourcing, evaluating and acquiring suitable investments in Singapore and overseas. You are required to possess sound knowledge in conducting real estate feasibility studies, including financing modeling and cash flow analysis, understanding taxation matters, accounting treatments, financing and deal structuring.
Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Business Administration or related fields of study
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment and development in a major corporation
• Knowledgeable and conversant with corporate finance and regional real estate investment
• Strong working knowledge of financial modeling and property acquisitions, especially in China
• Pro-active, attention to details, highly-motivated, self-learner, driven, with strong initiative, a good team player and independent in a fast-paced environment |
