The Starhill

The Starhill (formerly known as Starhill Gallery) sits on a freehold site connected to two luxury hotels: JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur and The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur. Envisioned to be a luxury retail and lifestyle destination for shoppers, The Starhill is currently undergoing asset enhancements to transform into a mixed-use retail and hospitality experience, following the commencement of the new master tenancy agreements for The Starhill and Lot 10 Property. Among others, the asset enhancement works will refresh the interior and exterior façade of the mall as well as convert the top three levels of the mall into hotel rooms as an extension of the adjoining JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The new integrated development comprising four retail floors and three upper floors of hospitality use will house a wide range of luxury fashion and lifestyle offerings, attracting discerning tourists and shoppers. Upon completion, the luxury mall will feature Taiwan’s renowned lifestyle bookstore chain, eslite spectrum, as its anchor tenant. The 70,191 sq ft flagship outlet targeted to open in 2022 will be its first store in Southeast Asia, taking up the entire Level 1 of the mall, including a street-fronting food and beverage outlet on the ground floor. The Starhill will also feature new flagship boutiques such as Balmain, Philipp Plein, Tom Ford, Stefano Ricci and Paul & Shark, among others and returning brands with new concepts.

The asset enhancement works for The Starhill are expected to complete by December 2021.
